July is #GoodCareMonth, headed by the H.C.P.A the awareness month aims to uplift the profile of the social care sector. Today we are showcasing an amazing story on young carers that has come from one of our #CAREProgramme participants.

The NAPC has led the development of integrated working, population health improvement and neighbourhood care for over two decades. We established the framework for more personalised pro-active care and support to be provided locally that is tailored towards people’s needs.

Nick Duffell and the boarding school survivors workshops have changed so many lives over the years. Ex-boarders, their families, friends and communities transformed by the work that people do on them. Limited places available for this years still available.

Time & time again I hear the same thing-- it's not the chronic health condition that's causing the anxiety, it's the *combination* of the chronic condition AND having to depend on services that are so stretched. Important we understand this.
