This is Embers, starring the dark fired bourbon casks from our friends MB Roland, Kentucky. It was these casks that featured in our latest collaboration: 'Pastures New' from Woven (look out for a few bottles arriving in our distillery shop soon).

We're growing! Three new people have joined the Cooper King team: Will and Jamie in Production and Zoe in Marketing. There are suddenly quite a few people to fit round the table for our meetings - a long way from the early days in 2018 when it was just Chris and Abbie.
