On Tuesday, April 23, 2025 at approximately 1230 pm, Ann Marie Clayton & Marvin Atkins were arrested by the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit. The suspects were wanted for a vehicular homicide that occurred on April 14, 2025.

We acknowledge 48 individuals who recently made the decision to become Cleveland Police Officers — next week marks the beginning of 7.5 months of training to become Cleveland’s finest.Let’s wish them well as they embark on this incredible journey!

While patrolling Downtown, our Downtown Service Unit – rolled up on the “Daytime Crawlers” for some community policing and pedal-powered fun! 🚴‍♂️🚓 One of the riders, Marvin, was out celebrating his 82nd birthday on two wheels! 🎉 Happy Birthday, Marvin, from all of us at CDP!

CDP & our LE partners were on hand to ensure the safety of all our community for today’s planned protest. One individual was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. We thank those who peacefully exercised their First Amendment rights & cooperated to help keep the event safe.

Officer Costanzo put his chef hat on and made a rigatoni & meatball lunch with a tiramisu dessert for residents at the Hispanic Senior Center. Connecting with this vibrant group of Seniors helps make our neighborhoods stronger.
