Very excited to be supporting our first Green Day/Character Day across the trust David Ross Education Trust Charles Read Academy #SustainableDRET I get the pleasure of working with students doing food tasting and planning meals from leftovers today. #SustainableFood


Super Green Day session with Y10s Charles Read Academy exploring how they can make their food consumption more sustainable by food substitution (vegetarian v meat based products - can you tell the difference), buying local, planning to use left overs and eating seasonally.
