Band Week comes to a close, which means the fall season and school year is just around the corner. Thanks to Mr Moore and his team. The band sounded great!

From Ms. Garcia's Class: Spanish Honors class is off to a great start, actively engaging in answering questions in complete sentences while simultaneously reviewing concepts.

Just a friendly heads-up that Picture Day is tomorrow at CNE High School! Make sure your student comes to school dressed to impress and ready to smile. All students will have their photos taken for the yearbook .

Just because we carry it well, doesn't mean it's not heavy. Ms. Stegemann's Weight Training class did a great job with the Farmer's Carry, a real-world exercise that strengthens grip, core, and shoulders. They took advantage of the cooler temps and carried their weight well!

Ms. Vining: Last Friday, our students participated in our Student Senate Officer election. It was a wonderful learning experience for everyone, and we had an incredible group of candidates. We can't wait to share the results once the votes are tallied!

Students in Wellness class created positive affirmation posters and delivered those to the middle school this week. We plan to do this for the elementary school as well in the coming weeks.

This morning, CNE HS was honored to host a Naturalization Ceremony, in coordination with the US District Court for the Southern Ohio. Our students were able to witness 58 new American citizens take an Oath of Allegiance to the U.S.!

On September 11th, CNE High School hosted a naturalization ceremony, where students witnessed the nation's newest citizens take their Oath of Allegiance. JROTC, NHS, Student Senate, and Select Choir made the event even more special for our newest members of the United States.
