Yes. This is exactly what Iāve been asking myself, colleagues⦠anyone who will listen⦠all week. Did the MPs not see the Royal College of Psychiatrists warnings? Did they not trust this evidence? Are they relying on the Lords? Maybe one of the 314 can help us understand?
