We’re delighted to partner with PIC Homes on a project to deliver 84 much-needed homes on a brownfield site—the former magistrates’ court in Sale, Cheshire. The development will feature 38 apartments, 40 townhouses, and 6 semi-detached homes, with 21 being affordable.

Progress is racing ahead on Olive Lane—the vibrant, mixed-use heart of the Waverley community being developed by @harworthgroup. Thanks to the hard work of Lindum Group, the buildings are nearly complete, and the stunning landscaping by Simon Hall is tying it all together.
