Posted Aug 29, 2024: Water Outage on Caviness Drive A contractor has struck a water main on Caviness Drive in Jacksonville. City water customers on Caviness Drive will be without water service for approximately 3-4 hours to allow for repairs.

Dec 4, 2024 Water Outage Alert- There is a water main break affecting customers in the Northwoods in Northwoods and Brook Valley Area. Crews are working to complete repairs. Customers may have interruption of water service while repairs are being completed.
