I joined Laurance Haines School as an ECT (NQT back then) in 2001 & have been involved with them, Beechfield School (2014) & Cherry Tree Primary School (2016) ever since. The schools across the Inclusive Multi Academy Trust truly changed my life. You don’t have to stay for 25 years but I promise you it’s worth applying!
