What an incredible achievement by Philippe Poncet, a French man who finished the last leg of an international cycling tour in Galway, joined by Sean Kelly, a former Irish champion cyclist and supported by Cycling Ireland. Philippe was diagnosed with stage 4 COPD in 2008.
