USF ends up beating Boise State 34-7. Major implications for the Group of Five. There’s no longer that clear-cut leader for that CFP spot. A ton of teams, including USF, have the talent to get there.

Ohio keeps it close but ultimately falls 34-31 against Rutgers. The Bobcats prove they still have what it takes to be one of the best teams in the MAC. Parker Navarro was 21/31 for 239 yards and 3 TDs with 93 yards and 1 TD rushing.

I only really expect to see stuff like this on CFB26 😅

Eddie George get his first win as an FBS head coach as Bowling Green wins 26-7. BGSU limited Lafayette to 177 total yards.

Alabama State has gone up 21-17 at FBS UAB just before halftime. Elsewhere, West Georgia has a 17-0 lead at Samford in the 3rd. The Wolves finished 4-7 last season, their first in the FCS, but were competitive in most of their losses.

Buffalo trails Minnesota 10-3 going into the second half. Stats are in Minnesota’s favor (Gophers are outgaining the Bulls 193-66), but still a close game.

ECU drives deep into NC State territory, but can’t convert on fourth down late. Pirates are going to lose 24-17. That’s two *near* G5-P4 upsets today.

Wyoming gets the 10-0 win over Akron. Chris Durr Jr. caught 8 passes for 190 yards and 1 TD for the Cowboys. A Sickos Committee type of game.

Miami (Ohio) trails Wisconsin 3-0 at halftime. The RedHawks have 4 first downs, 69 yards of offense, and are 0-5 on third downs. But still just a three-point game.

Delaware got its first win as an FBS program, a 35-17 victory over FCS Delaware State.

Buffalo keeps it competitive, but Minnesota gets the 23-10 win. Victor Snow led the Bulls with 5 catches for 67 yards and 1 TD. The Bulls host Saint Francis next week.
