USF ends up beating Boise State 34-7. Major implications for the Group of Five. There’s no longer that clear-cut leader for that CFP spot. A ton of teams, including USF, have the talent to get there.

Ohio keeps it close but ultimately falls 34-31 against Rutgers. The Bobcats prove they still have what it takes to be one of the best teams in the MAC. Parker Navarro was 21/31 for 239 yards and 3 TDs with 93 yards and 1 TD rushing.

Eddie George get his first win as an FBS head coach as Bowling Green wins 26-7. BGSU limited Lafayette to 177 total yards.
