Katherine Hill Digital access is essential for family life, with implications for school work, home-school communication, accessing services, socialising and keeping in touch. But some families face challenges in meeting their digital needs. Should connectivity be a human right?



The team from Loughborough University is taking audience questions on methodology, definitions, connectivity and devices loaned by schools.

Sadly 45% of hhs with children don't meet the standard, with worse results in deprived areas.
