Match Day 2024 in the USA. Proud that the Mantzoros Lab fellow Dr @LValenzuelaMD matched in our own Internal Medicine program at BIDMC IM Residency BIDMC Department of Medicine Harvard Medical School , where she plans to train in Internal Medicine, and then Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

Our paper on GDF-15 was published yesterday in Nature Communications. Similar to several other molecules and systems the physiology of this mitochondria secreted molecule is not exactly the same in humans and in preclinical models.
