Another fabulous The Community Schools Trust leaders conference this year. Very lucky to hear from keynotes Kat Cafferky and Amjad Ali and loved getting the chance to chat to colleagues across the trust 🤩

My Friday highlight was getting to see all the Deputy Headteachers across The Community Schools Trust for our first ever x trust DHT training on ‘operationalising influence’. I wish I had this stuff in my NPQH.

Our school leadership conference was packed with inspiring talks and hands-on activities to empower the next generation of leaders.
