We've got an excellent duo of panels on tomorrow morning at 9AM (Grand 1, Europa) and 10:45AM (Grand 2, Europa) on anticolonial solidarity and resistance, co-hosted with the brilliant team over at Critical_Terrorism_Studies_WG.

We started off #BISA2025 BISA - British International Studies Association in style yesterday with a roundtable on anticolonial solidarity hosted with Colonial, Postcolonial & Decolonial WG BISA feat. Ghadir Awad, Islam al-Khatib, Cata Charrett, John Narayan and Jack McGinn


And a second panel on anticolonial solidarity and resistance! with Colonial, Postcolonial & Decolonial WG BISA BISA - British International Studies Association feat. Alina Achenbach Dr Carl Gibson James Eastwood, Emily Mitchell-Eaton and Michael Livesey #BISA2025


We finished up the day with a fascinating panel on violence, feat Dr Amna Kaleem Cian Bear, Namir Shabibi, Emma McCluskey, Same Raphael and Claire Lauterbach BISA - British International Studies Association #BISA2025


Today we are kicking off #BISA2025 with a roundtable on Identity and positionality when researching counterterrorism in the Global South feat. Emeka T. Njoku Akinyemi Oyawale,Joshua and Ernest Nnabuihe BISA - British International Studies Association


We are also hosting a roundtable on teaching terrorism and counterterrorism with Alice Martini Louise Pears Julian Schmid Raquel da Silva and Dr Carl Gibson BISA - British International Studies Association #BISA2025
