Reception have been learning that there are 4 Sundays in Advent and that our prayer area has changed to a purple cloth.

Reception painted their own handprint Advent wreaths and thought carefully about the colour of each candle.

Nursery helped to decorate our Christmas tree with their beautiful tree ornaments.

Year 4 have begun our play scripts topic in English that will link us to our Nativity story. We had fun using our stage directions to help us act!

Reception have been preparing during the season of Advent. We have decorated our classroom making paper chains, made cards and thought about why Advent is important.

A Nature Scavenger Hunt, writing with nature, a leaf challenge and habitat mapping for some children in Class 6 in our Outdoor Learning Session today.

Some children in class 5 connected with nature today by completing a nature hunt where they even held worms. They also look at different natural features of our garden area and added it to maps

Year 4 are panto ready….oh yes we are!!
