Ruby Clark had great success achieving second throughout the whole North East Wales in an Atheltics event in Deeside this half term throwing the javelin. Llongyfarchiadau i ti Ruby!

Thank you to Coleg Llandrillo Performing Arts for inviting us to a VIP performance of Guys and Dolls. It was also amazing to see many past pupils shining on stage. It’s excellent to have such brilliant role models for our Performing Arts pupils at CTWCS!

Year 11 pupils donating food to our local parish for families in need. It was bought with funds raised from mental health awareness week bake sale. Father Anthony and Sister Geraldine were grateful for the donation. Thank you to Angel, Evie, Lacey and Stanley for their hard work.

The Urdd came in to meet some of our Year 9, 10 and 11 girls. They were keen to learn what type of activity they would like to do in the community. Overall winner was hiking. Here is one of the hikes! Book ASAP. First come first served!

In response to the Facebook post by the Coronation Gardens asking for volunteers to help maintain the area, our school went to help with the litter picking. We also made two plant donations from our school green house, as well as planted some flowers and shrubs.

Our New Anti-discrimination pupil group, working hard on their first group meeting and environment walk. Looking at ways for us to develop our environment to celebrate our diverse school community.
