Today on #WorldCancerDay, we held stalls at both hospital sites, sharing vital information about the signs and symptoms of cancer, the national screening programs, and ways to reduce risk. Huge thanks to @CancerResearchUK and Chelsea and West Middlesex Volunteering Team for collaborating with us #PROUD

Thank you to @CWplusCharity for funding our bowel cancer awareness event! 157 people engaged—learning symptoms, how to reduce risk and the importance of screening. We had a quiz, goodie bags (with toilet rolls!) and a pledge wall. #BowelCancerAwareness

We had an active breathing taster session during last week’s prostate cancer support group. Everyone really enjoyed it - Thanks to Voices of Hope for running it 😊

Our dermatology team held an awareness stand to mark #SunAwarenessWeek! ☀️ They highlighted the risks of excessive sun exposure and the importance of protecting your skin from harmful UV rays. They promoted sun safety to help prevent skin cancer. #PROUD #ProtectYourSkin

The centre is closed next week Mon-Fri due to staff leave. Our Welfare Benefits Team will be on site on Thursday as usual, but the information room and complementary therapies are all taking a short break. We will reopen on Tuesday 26th Aug
