An interesting and inspiring afternoon at the Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres looking at questions around recovery arts and venues in Liverpool. Great to share some amazing performances & catch up with friends Rek 41, SPIDER PROJECT CIC Collective Encounters Fallen Angels 💜 Transforming Choice and others!

If anyone can sponsor my abseil for the splendid CWNN Liverpool it would be appreciated 👍 Check out my JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving justgiving.com/page/liz-parso…

Our workshop team headed over to SPIDER PROJECT CIC in Birkenhead today for the start of an 8 week singing project.

The fabulous Grace Goulding came to visit our rehearsal last night. On Saturday she is abseiling 150ft off the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral with our team of 30 abseilers, raising funds for our choir while we sing for them below!! justgiving.com/campaign/cwnna…

Proud of us Liz Parsons ❤️ So brilliant to raise money for the amazing CWNN Liverpool 🧗🏻🎶

30 amazing people abseiling for us today, so proud of you all!! Plus our choir, REK 41 choir, and Ukulele Club performing for everyone and the fabulous GoodGym Liverpool 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏾♀️ helping run the event. What an amazing day!! Thank you to everyone involved in making it such a huge success!!

Another fab workshop at Compañeros Crisis Café SPIDER PROJECT CIC Our choir members Steph and Mark helping to coordinate an 8 week project, and Liz joining in this week, with Mersey Wylie our choir director 😀 Choir with No Name

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the CWNN Liverpool family - if for one night only. The joy in the room is palpable when you combine food and music.

My day rapidly descended into chaos from 4pm. That I managed to pull this together for 50 people in 90 minutes is a miracle. Always uplifting to spend time with CWNN Liverpool #volunteerchef
