We are so happy and grateful to be among the six Werner Siemens-Stiftung 1 M CHF prize winners: Greta Ricarda Patzke David Tilley Andreas Borgschulte Stefan Seeger Sandro Olveira Kathrin Fenner @davblei! news.uzh.ch/de/articles/ne… Looking forward to the finals for the 100 MCHF research center: wernersiemens-stiftung.ch/jahrhundertpro…

UZH Chemistry

We are 👏🥳🎉 for Greta Ricarda Patzke David Tilley Andreas Borgschulte Stefan Seeger Sandro Olveira Kathrin Fenner @davblei as one of Werner Siemens-Stiftung's six *project of the century* finalists awarded 1 M CHF! We 🤞🍀 to bring the *WSS Research Centre* developing technologies for #sustainability to University of Zurich!

We are excited to share our work on molecular loaded bismuth vanadate photoanodes for solar water splitting in Advanced Functional Materials: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…! Many thanks to our collaborators and to Greta Ricarda Patzke URPP LightChEC UZH Chemistry @_Victor_Mougel

We Greta Ricarda Patzke & European Synchrotron combined X-ray absorption and scattering experiments with multiscale simulations to investigate the self-restructuring of cobalt NPs from solution under dark and photocatalytic water oxidation conditions. Read it here: pubs.acs.org/doi/epdf/10.10…

The key insight by Carlos Triana , Greta Ricarda Patzke, UZH Chemistry into the structure-selection dynamics of transition metal oxide nanoparticles from solution offers a route for tuning their structure–function relationships for wide-ranging emergent technologies.
