I am once again reminding Wes Streeting that pay restoration still represents incredible value for money. If he can justify why a. assistant is paid £10k more than a qualified doctor (starting pay £36k) I’ll happily not strike. But that won’t ever happen, because it’s wild.

1) The universities of the U.K 2) NHS Employers 3) Department of Health and Social Care 4) all of the Royal colleges 5) GOV.UK 6) PA leadership Have all lied to physician assistants regarding the level of their training. PAs are brainwashed to believe that they’ve studied medicine.

Has anyone managed to ask Wes Streeting directly on live tv why newly qualified physician Assistants are paid £10k more than newly qualified resident Drs ?

PA Stephen Nash You’re neither registered nor practising as an assistant. Other PAs disown you. UMAPS is a vanity project. Accordingly, what is the exact point of you in this debate?

PA Stephen Nash Pity the powers that be don't have the same PA concerns regarding patient safety.

Hey Wes Streeting the bloke who mows my neighbour's lawn and weeds the borders is on £20 p/h. Why are some resident doctors paid less than that? 🤔

Peter Stefanovic This makes no sense. Is there any other occupation where people with experience, training and qualifications don’t earn as much as colleagues with less experience and training, and lower qualifications?
