Science friends! Lauren Dobbs and I are expressing ChR2 and hM4Di (both under CAMKIIa promoters) in the rat BLA and consistently see unhealthy cells in our slice prep. Has anyone had cell health issues with ChR2 (titer~1.7X10^12 & above) alone or when combined with another virus?
