Today at Evensong we are delighted to admit five new choristers to the Cathedral Girls Choir. All are welcome at the service, which includes music by #ThomasTomkins and #ThomasWeelkes.

A great great many young Britons have the potential to be making, writing, or simply loving music as was heard today. Sadly today only the privately educated are sure to have some induction into it. But this should be the right and privilege of every school child.

We were delighted to welcome Cundall Manor Boys’ Choir to sing Choral Evensong with our boy choristers & lay clerks, the first time they’ve sung together. A busy first weekend of term. The Choristers' bonding activity on Saturday was Bushcraft! Back at Llandaff Cathedral 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 at Sunday's Evensong we celebrated the 'making up' on eleven new choristers. Next on the agenda... BBC Radio 3 Choral Evensong on Wednesday 20th September!
