Enjoyed interview with Laura Miller on how Glasgow could host a re-imagined 2026 Commonwealth Games. With infrastructure, venues, expertise & track record for events in place, & the offer of £100m from Commonwealth Sport, #Glasgow & #Scotland are ready to host The Games again Centre for Culture, Sport and Events

Great ā€˜in conversation’ Donald Dewar Memorial Lecture with Mary McAleese at University of Glasgow What a day to remember the first First Minister of Scotland! Liked reference to being ā€˜patiently impatient’: impatient enough to be driven by passion but patient enough to ensure staying power
