Nice to see some new purchases. Seems to be a bit of a doom and gloom to the industry at the minute. With costs spiralling, sites closing, dealerships closing, and a lot of the focus shifted to campervans and motorhomes. Or is it just me?

New neighbours today, how exciting, lovely young couple and he (of him and her) is converting his own VW Caddy in to a micro-camper. Within minutes we got talking caravans and camping and so on. Nice to have new neighbours again. They seem lovely.

Not wishing to be outdone by his much younger “Black Edition” 2026 model equivalent, with its swish bifold loo door (but lack of curtains and separate grill) Mr Phoenix has had his face, bum and windows washed (hose pipe ban so had to manage with a watering can and some agility)

Overnight fraudulent payments made using my debit card to Betfred - check your bank details carefully folks! Thankfully my bank spotted unusual activity at 4:16am and blocked the payments, froze the account, and froze access to the app. All sorted now. New card details applied.

6” pitch move backwards, while G snoozing. Wheel lock off, legs 1/2 up, handbrake off, water/waste disconnected, & tiny shuffle backwards on the mover, means we’re much more level R<>L. Wasn’t far off, but would have failed the Richard Easy bathroom door test, & I’m sensitive to it.
