🏃 The Jack O’ Connell Award – for the outstanding track performance 🏃 Osian Parry (Radyr CS). For the SIAB Schools’ international in Grangemouth, Osian was selected for three events, both hurdles and the 4 x 400 metres, and was appointed the boys’ captain, winning two medals.

🏃 The JDB Williams award for the outstanding field performance 🏃 Luca Phillips (Cowbridge CS) Last summer, Luca produced extraordinary performances. At Grangemouth, his best performance LJ was 7.15m. He claimed two gold medals as well as a new Welsh national long jump record.

Aliyah Afolabi just outside her PB in taking the U15 60m final in 7.56. Celine Obinna-Alo gets second in a PB 7.58.

Tiana Odugbesan goes to the top of the U15 girls' long jump standings for this year with an outright PB of 5.27m to take England gold.

Aliyah Afolabi takes 0.25 off the UK U15 best with 24.13, adding the 200m title to her 60m win from yesterday. Only four British athletes have gone quicker in her age group outdoors.

Luca Phillips completes a great weekend. After winning the triple jump and long jump yesterday, he takes his third title, the 60m hurdles, in 8.03.
