Cover star Mariyah Zaman graduated from our Creative Writing and Media BA (Hons) course in 2019. Mariyah co-founded Now In A Minute Media, Wales’ first independent media platform centred around Welsh Muslim voices and culture that encourages participation in the media and arts.
Now In A Minute Media Mariyah Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cardiff Met Lara Rebecca graduated from Cardiff Met with a MSc in Sports Psychology. While at university, Lara founded The Keep Smiling Collective which provides mental health awareness and education through lived experience talks, and workshops in educational and corporate settings.
Now In A Minute Media Mariyah Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cardiff Met Lara Rebecca Jake Colley-Davies graduated with a MSc in Strength & Conditioning. Jake owns Caradoc Conditioning which helps amateur and semi-professional rugby players become fitter, faster and stronger with strength and conditioning coaching services. Jake also mentors at Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cardiff Met.
