#CarersWeek starts today!   We are proud to be supporting Carers Week to raise #awareness of unpaid carers, highlight the challenges they face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities in the UK.   Let’s put #carers on the map!

71% of #carers stated that seeing themselves primarily as a family member or friend was a barrier to identifying themselves as a carer. #CarersWeek helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed #support.
