A group of Year 10 students visited The Island VI Form yesterday to experience life as a VI Form student and help assist them when making choices after they leave Year 11. Our students' behaviour was exceptional, as was the feedback from the teachers. Well done Year 10s!

Year 8 had a surprise at the start of their assembly on Tuesday when 'The Band With No Name' played Radiohead's Creep. The band was fantastic, showing no sign of nerves, and Year 8 loved the performance. Well done to Marlo, Apollonia, Todd, Will and Maxi!

We held our first 'Voice and Influence' group with the Isle of Wight Mental Health Support Team this week! 20 of our students took part in the session that seeks to give young people the opportunity to have their voices heard and taken seriously in decisions that affect them.
