In the PIAA Class 3A 1,600-meter run, @carlisletf's Ana Bondy goes sub-5 and posts a personal-best time of 4:59.05 to finish 15th overall.

Here's a school-record run for Carlisle Track & Field in the PIAA Class 3A 4x100 prelims. Darian Crim to Parker Smith to Paulie Pretopapa to Javani Mosley. Herd finish second at 42.36. They matched the previous record (42.49) at Mid-Penns. They'll race in Saturday's final.

"We can all trust each other." That trust carries Carlisle Track & Field's Sophia Julias, Emily Leatherman, Elisabeth Bordner and Ana Bondy to a school-recird time (9:21.22) seventh-place finish in the PIAA Class 3A 4x800-meter relay.

Darian Crim, Paulie Pretopapa, Javani Mosley and Parker Smith had a huge hand in Carlisle Track & Field's division, conference and District 3 team titles. They broke the school's 4x100 record this weekend and finished fourth in the state.
