I do love H@H - will be ten years since we started this year and somewhere around 20,000 patients later. I must have been in 1,000s of houses and still love being that therapeutic visitor in someone else’s house and getting to talk about what matters to them and get to know them!

As a family we are very thankful for this wonderful service. Providing fabulous care and attention to our dad.The last place he wishes to be is hospital,by bringing patient centred care to the home you have made an old man very happy! We are truly thankful to your fabulous team x
