I ran for 20 minutes without stopping today😁 week 5 completed.....#couchto5k ......if i can do it i am sure almost everyone else can. On to week 6 of 9. Thanks everyone for encouraging me, if i dont post it im not accountable so appologies if im annoying anyone. 😊

A hard week to get through, but suprised that I can now shuffle along nonstop for 25 mins without stopping and did it 3 times. Only 2 weeks to go to complete my #couchto5k challenge. 🏃‍♀️
