A few weeks ago we harvested for our Growing Beyond EarthⓇ Misome plants. They were edible and delicious! After measuring and weighing we prepared a Salad Bar to celebrate. Now we're analyzing data to find out the best growth using the least light energy and water! Fairchild Challenge
