A1: I've tried all kinds of things to varied success. However, making a point of learning one really important fact about each student and using that as a casual discussion topic was always extremely important toward building positive rapport. #smscoacheschat

Rap challenges were always a fun way to organize review material. I'm a worse rapper than dancer, believe it or not. My weak rhymes showed kids that they could step up. Great "light" competitive activity. #smscoacheschat
