When a CEO accuses a GC of “letting Her professional priorities take precedence over Her duty to the company” there is a huge issue. It’s an interesting point. An over riding duty. In Law. When did you last see a GC punished for failing in that duty?

Lee Castleton OBE Judging by his performances at the Inquiry, I'd be more concerned about the inaction by others after the report(s) than about the actual report. Sir Wyn is quite clearly going to lay bare the utter travesty IMHO. However, it's easy to see why victims don't trust anyone.
