The GOP budget bill would be the biggest transfer of wealth from the POOR TO THE RICH in U.S. history. While millions would lose health care, jobs, and food assistance, billionaires and corporations would collect TRILLIONS in tax cuts. The House must defeat this shameful bill.

So the next time you can’t afford your rent or health care when you’re sick or to have your loved one in a nursing home, don’t blame the “illegals.” Blame the Republicans. They’ve earned your blame.

My message to Republican lawmakers: if you know this budget bill is wrong, don’t choose your political career over the lives of the people you serve. Do the right thing, vote no and retire.
