the main goal is to build bigger brakes, BRAKING RFD, REACTIVITY and stiffness is the #1 goal in our program for ACLR. This athlete was 1 year post op and braking capabilities were extremely low for our standards we want our females on braking RFD 9k+ 2month progress

SPEED IS KING IS A WRAP! 8weeks 2x week . Safety is our number one priority and we delivered out of 226 athletes 1 had a mild ankle sprain another athlete had a pulled hamstring of which both bounced back after few days that’s 99.1% health rate! This is how we determine success
