Within FET there is a committee with reps for each school - Health took a different approach more focused on themes #SATHC24

For Science - started with Athena Swan as the starting point - faculty EDI panel co-ordinator for each school and have other reps from academic staff, prof services, PGRs and JMSU and HR #SATHC24

Business and Law have EDI champions for each school as well as other members (some legacy roles that they have kept on - like disability co-ordinator) but have action groups led by EDI champions #SATHC24
