Within FET there is a committee with reps for each school - Health took a different approach more focused on themes #SATHC24

For Science - started with Athena Swan as the starting point - faculty EDI panel co-ordinator for each school and have other reps from academic staff, prof services, PGRs and JMSU and HR #SATHC24

APSS committee core member from each of the schools - connection between everyone in the faculty and the committee which feeds into the management team #SATHC24

Business and Law have EDI champions for each school as well as other members (some legacy roles that they have kept on - like disability co-ordinator) but have action groups led by EDI champions #SATHC24

Professional services works in a different way to faculties as there is a broader group of staff, more fragmented - focusing on particular topics to focus on like the inclusive campus #SATHC24

Hearing about the legal advice centre and the work they do #SATHC24

Give free legal advice to members of the public #SATHC24

Law clinic is embedded into the curriculum from level 4 #SATHC24

Do we need to be more intentional about building community within the clinic to help students sense of belonging? #SATHC24
