I had a delightful visit to St Alban's School in Tremorfa this week, as part of The Politics Project. A really, engaged, articulate group of learners, passionate about their local area, and keen to learn about democracy. Was especially impressed how every pupil had a question to ask.

The #Gabalfa apple tree variety, made famous by Andrew Pettigrew had been lost for more than 100 years. This #StDavidsDay, I joined Mel Boothman and #Cathays Cllrs Sarah Merry and Chris Weaver at Bute Park to re-plant these historic trees and preserve our local heritage.
