We were delighted to have the opportunity to demonstrate some of our technology to Paul Johnston, the UK Ambassador to Ireland, in our laboratory space. It was great to have such a good conversation about the importance of research and the opportunities photonics R&D brings.


It was fantastic to discuss Causeway's world-leading technology with @KwasiKwarteng, SoS @beisgovuk, during his visit to our labs. Antony Murphy (our incoming CEO) also highlighted how the SmartNano NI consortium is directly addressing the UK's Innovation Strategy priorities.

All-island innovation and priorities for F&HE were some of the topics discussed when Simon Harris TD visited our labs as part of his visit to Queen's University Belfast 🎓. Antony Murphy, our incoming CEO, very much enjoyed talking with him and demoing our novel bioproduction technology.




We're really happy to welcome Matthew McAuley to the Causeway team! Matt will be giving the company's data science capability a major boost and he's already making fantastic contributions. (This new hire has been made possible by SmartNano NI funding from UK Research and Innovation.)


Matt McAuley, our Head of Data, was at Big Data Belfast last week and relayed how positive it was to the rest of the team at today's all-hands meeting.
