Every minute that passes, I firmly believe BITECH traded and cleared under the TRCH CUSIP 89102U103. $mmtlp (SPIN) merged into Bitech Mining and reorganized as Bitech Technologies on March 31, 2022,this “new legal entity” event should have generated a new CUSIP but did not.

I got an email from Legacy Transfer agent for BTTC. What they told me was 1. WRONG 2. IMPOSSIBLE. Did BTTC trade between JULY 22 and end 24 under the TRCH CUSIP. OTC Markets Group what you say? Cromwell? $mmtlp Make your own mind up?

What about the date BITECH filled out its OTCQB certification? $mmtlp

Did you know that in late 2022 OTC markets and FINRA transparency went to great lengths to remove all ability to search by CUSIP number. One minute you could, next minute you can't! $mmtlp

A valid CUSIP is mandatory for FINRA to assign a trading symbol. Without it, standard trade reporting and symbol assignment cannot proceed, and only manual, non-public reporting is permitted. What CUSIP was submitted to FINRA on july 8th 2022 for BITECH? $mmtlp
