Ms Holland's 3rd Year CSPE class were invited by Minister James Lawless to Leinster House yesterday. They attended the Dáil chamber and experienced leaders' questions followed by a  welcoming visit to Seanad Éireann.

Congratulations to our 1st Year cricket team on their win over The High School. The team took many wickets in the 1st innings. In a thrilling finish our batsmen reached 70 runs in the last over to win the game.

Congratulations to our TYs who won the overall Senior Biodiversity Award at the Young Environmentalists Award Ceremony Special mention also to those students that were nominated for awards: Jake Hendrick, Caoimhín Byrne Ciarán Kildee Doolan, Evan Burke and Bien Rosales.

2.3 enjoyed their history last week in glorious weather. Starting with a tour of the Jeanie Johnston famine ship before taking in Epic, the Irish immigration museum. Later they enjoyed a waking tour of the monuments and statues of Dublin, finishing at the O' Connell monument.

Cillian Mahon, Bien Rosales, Gabriel de col Alves de Lima & Craig Rooney have been working with artist Liadh Connolly. Their project "welcoming people to the community" will be exhibited in the new children's hospital & will have a mini show (today 10-4) in IMMA Kilmainham.

6th yr student Cillian Ryan Burke won the Manchester Box Cup at the weekend. "This is a two-day amateur boxing tournament showcasing the future stars of the sport. The finals will be streamed live on Sky Sports on Sunday, May 25th." Congratulations Cillian 👏
