“It never gets easier, you just get better” If it was easy everyone would play, work hard and push to be better everyday. What have you done to get better today?

“When you feel like stopping think about why you started” There are gonna be days you don’t want to practice, workout, or run. Do NOT let one day turn into two or two days to turn into three. Remember why you started and what motivates you. Discipline.
