I completely agree with all this, I know I myself have been terrified to talk about my experience as I too have been in situations where I have been silenced or told to be silent and not speak up about my own issues as people have told me that no one would care.

🧵 There needs to be a change in the way some people treat MC events. Regardless of if the event is scuffed, or you're just not having a good time, someone/a team has probably spent more time than you'd imagine working on the event, even if it doesn't look like it on the surface.
