This should never be capable of crossing the criminal threshold and the judge’s comment makes his claim that this is not the reintroduction of a blasphemy law incoherent. As many of us warned at the time, ‘religiously aggravated harassment’ is bound to mimic a blasphemy law.

Brexit Bloopers Lords Constitution Committee Yes, someone should investigate how the EU abuses and ignores its own treaty to expand its powers. Art.122 clearly does not authorise joint EU borrowing for buying weapons. Yes, it has been misused before, for a massive EU debt binge. But that doesn't make it right. Obvious.🤷‍♂️

Why, oh Why, is the Governmnet making it easier to import fruit from the EU? EU imports already dwarf UK production. Gov delays EU fruit and veg import checks until 2027 farmersguardian.com/4414364/ via @farmersguardian

Without the huge reserves of trust it used to run on, the British justice system rests on foundations of sand. My latest for the Critic. thecritic.co.uk/welcome-to-lat…

I was a Finance Director for 12 years. I know in business you have to make tough choices. Government is the same. But Labour have decided to use family businesses as a cash cow - that’s not a tough choice: it’s madness. My piece in the Telegraph has more👇

Gerry Adams. Shamima Begum. Osama bin Laden’s right-hand man. Lord Hermer has spent much of his life defending those who hate Britain. Why on earth did Starmer hand-pick him to be Attorney General?

But whatever the final bill, it's clear that LAES is not going to solve the energy storage problem. Even at £210/kWh, we'd need to spend £20 trillion or so to build enough storage to deal with Net Zero.

Stella Creasy is trying to repeal the Infant Life Preservation Act, whose sole purpose is to prohibit abortions AFTER 28 WEEKS. This is totally extreme and evil whether you are pro-life or pro-choice. What is wrong with this Labour government?

Another apologist for Labour’s Attorney General deploys his ‘lawyers are not their clients’ defence. But can you find any tweets from them about hard-left RSPCA lawyers trying to ruin me - because they were bitter about me winning hundreds of genuine ‘cab rank’ cases? Me neither.

Celebrating solar panels ignores the UK’s crippling energy prices, driven by gov mismanagement. Relying on China for renewables is reckless; geopolitically naive & environmentally hollow. Domestic FFs would stabilise costs & secure energy, sparing schools & NHS from policy folly.

Geraint Davies Utter rubbish- French refused any asylum returns - UK made 5000 applications under Dublin - EU accepted 200 (and they were EU citizens) - The EU hate us . Fortunately EU is now collapsing and Starmers “deal” will never get ratified by Poland, Hungary, Italy and Holland
