#PediatricTB continues to pose significant challenges, with 1.25 million children and adolescents falling ill in 2022, and 214,000 deaths. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), only 49% of paediatric cases were diagnosed and notified, with children under 5 experiencing the highest undiagnosed

Our study (preprint) validates the PAANTHER Treatment Decision Algorithm to improve TB diagnosis for children living with HIV (CLHIV).
