At CEPIL, we see the strength of a nation in the hands of its workers. This Labour Day, we stand in solidarity with those who build, serve, teach, and lead. Together, we push for justice, equality, and better workplaces. Happy Labor’s day to all workers.

The Court held that while the sub judice rule protects fair trials, it cannot be a tool to silence Parliament or shield public officials from scrutiny. Rule 73 of Parliamentary Procedure restricting debate on sub judice matters was declared unconstitutional. #GoodGovernance.
