Today is very hard. The last two weeks have been difficult. The last 12 months have been excruciating. The loss is huge. But the Israelis and Americans are wrong to take a victory lap. They are creating a region and a world full of people who hate them and will never stop

Today, more than ever before, I want to go back home.

Look around. The people fighting for their liberation don't owe you an explanation every time. We are not here to justify our struggle or educate you. And if you have become detached from the atrocities happening in #Palestine, then take a hard look at #Lebanon now.

How can the eyes find rest? How can the heart stop beating for our people? How can we bear to see the city shattered?
