Varsity game today at Fairview!

Varsity beat crosstown rival Ponderosa 2-0 last night at Eaton Field. Jake Barrows was superb on the hill allowing only one hit in 6 innings, and Carson Munroe came on and got the save. Owen Perlet led the offense going 3 for 3 with an RBI, and Munroe added an RBI double.

Varsity dropped their first in-state game of the season last night 10-9 at Fairview. Ryne Dodson, Madden Kretzer and Logan Manuello each got two hits, and Breck Johnson and Josh Sutrina held strong out of the bullpen allowing only 1 earned run in 5 innings.

Varsity dropped their first Continental League contest to Castle View on Wednesday by a score of 8-2. Madden Kretzer went deep and Ryne Dodson added two hits and an RBI. Brady Brown was solid out of the bullpen working a scoreless 6th. Regis up next to cap a busy week.

Varsity got back in the win column tonight with an 18-8 home win over Highlands Ranch. Cal Tiner went off at the plate, going 5 for 5 with two doubles and a triple with 3 RBI. Ryne Dodson added 3 hits and two RBI, and Austin Reese was solid in 2/3 of an inning in relief.

Game today at Vista!

Varsity traveled to Mountain Vista and fell to the Golden Eagles by a score of 7-3. Jake Barrows paced the offense going 2 for 4, and Tommy Humphrey hit his first home run of the season, a solo shot in the top of the 5th. The Wolverines head to ThunderRidge on Friday.

Varsity dominates at ThunderRidge 13-3 with a 6-run 7th inning to seal it. Barrows leads with 3 hits, Tiner drives in 3, and Munroe tosses 5 strong innings. McWilliams and Sutrina add multi-hit games as the Wolverines play clean, error-free baseball.

Carson Munroe went 3-for-3 with a homer and tossed 5 scoreless with 7 K as the Varsity team beat Eaglecrest 13-1. McWilliams, Manuello, and Bacon also homered in the offensive outburst. Final regular season game is Monday vs Prairie View at Eaton Field.

Varsity fell 9-2 to Prairie View in the Class of 2025’s final game at Eaton Field. Ryne Dodson had two hits, but PV’s early surge and strong pitching proved too much. The Wolverines will spend the week preparing for this weekend’s regional playoffs, bracket release on Wednesday.

Cal Tiner drove in 5 runs with 3 hits—including a 3-run HR—as Chaparral topped Erie 9-6 to advance to the Region 3 championship vs Arvada West. McWilliams added 3 hits, Manuello homered, and Munroe tossed 5 strong innings. Wolverines racked up 15 hits in the win.

Chaparral’s season comes to an end with a 4-1 loss to Arvada West in the Region 3 title game. The team battled with heart and determination, and we couldn’t be prouder of all they accomplished this season. Thank you, Wolverines, for an incredible run!
