Awful service from Wimbledon CeX. Poor communication. Staff rude and terrible attitude. Not informed of rules re: collecting items. No letters sent. 1st collection attempt, lost camera cable. Then on 2nd attempt, TomTom watch missing. And a measly £14 voucher as compensation.

Yet again terrible service from CeX been waiting since Saturday for them to respond to my email. Already missed out on buying the phone. Which I wanted before my holiday next week! Now have to wait and pay a higher price!

30 minutes later and after speaking to 4 people on the phone I have still not cancelled my contract Virgin Media ❤️ Why is it so difficult to cancel a contract!!!

I cannot believe how many people and the time it's taken to cancel a broadband contract. Why does it matter if I am returning to the UK or not. I am leaving the country for an indefinite period. Finally after hours on the phone, one man done his job properly! 🎉 Virgin Media ❤️
